Fun Times (Pre-Primary)

“In all of living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be
enjoyed not just endured.”
-Gordon B.Hinckley

It is important that learning is presented to every child in an enjoyable and fun way. There should be a variety of fun activities through which children absorb information easily. We at Excellia just aim to do that. Fun time section consists of fun activities and demonstrates that learning can be as easy as play. The objective of these activities is to develop enthusiasm in the mind of the learner, while instilling a love for learning in
the pre-school and elementary school children.

There are number of such fun activities such as:-
Free play – This includes playing with toys and clay swing time, as they are definitely fun for the entire class, and it is a part of happy childhood. This not only incorporates ways and methods to improve Kid’s creativity, but also improves awareness and motor skills.

Animated Movies and Storytelling for Kids-
This not only improves and increases the vocabulary but also naturally builds up their fluency.

Pool Party – One can’t have more fun than playing with water on a hot day in a splash pool! Our school splash pool is a great place to lounge in and escape the heat .These water play activities in young children strengthens motor skills and builds balance. Thus there are many such fun time activities based on age, interest and skill of the child , whether it is learning of new craft, or learning to read and write or learning new skills.

January 29th being a very important day for the students, teachers and parents for Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi interacted with students, teachers and parents about examination and its related stress.

There is a fear of disappointing a person such as a family members by underperforming in examinations and thus not being accepted into a tertiary institution .This fear on one side motivates the students to do well , but on the other side also creates a stress because of the thought of not achieving high grades or being rejected from ideal university because of low exam results.

As Education is the root for a nation to build and it depends on our youngsters as to how much they can build it. Keeping in consideration the Examination and its stress our students were also shown the live telecast of ‘Pareeksha Par Charcha’ so that they also get to know and get motivated by the interactive session held at Delhi’s Talkatora Stadium.
