The students of Excellia School were engaged in various awareness activities such as plantation drive, nukkad natak , swacchta abhiyan, essay writing , Prabhat Pheri. With balloon races, hula hoop challenges, and more, the day promises excitement and smiles all around. These activities not only entertain but also help develop essential physical skills like coordination and teamwork. Sports Day is a celebration of movement and friendship. As they play together, they learn that every step and jump is a chance to grow. Lucknow – On Wednesday, Excellia School celebrated the success of its former student, Nithya Sre,who won a bronze medal at the Paris Paralympics. The children waved pictures of Nithya and chanted “Nithya Nithya “,extending their best wishes for her future competitions. Nithya also sent a message from Paris, expressing gratitude for the congratulations and best wishes from Excellia.
Nithya secured the bronze medal by defeating Indonesia’s Rina Marlina with scores of 21-14, 21-6 the day before. The children expressed deep respect and admiration for Nithya , acknowledging her contribution to elevating India’s status. Nithya had completed her 12th grade in 2023 in Humanities stream with excellent marks . She had joined Excellia in early 2021 from Tamil Nadu and enrolled in Badminton Academy while pursuing her studies.
School Director Mr. Ashish Pathak and Principal Mrs. Priyanka Dubey congratulated Nithya on her achievement, noting that her passion for achieving her goals led to her success. They recalled her enthusiastic preparation at the badminton academy. The celebration was attended by the school’s guide Dr.S.K. Mishra, EMCC Director Mrs. Shalini Pathak, advisor Mr. Praveen Pandey, General Manager Mr. Shekhar Varshney, Inspection Head Mrs. Roli Pandey, Coordinator Mrs. Pushpinder Kaur Tripathi, and other teachers, all of whom commended Nithya as a champion who will continue to excel.

To strengthen the communication and descriptive skills in children “𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥” activity was organised for K G, Nur And P.G. students of Excellia School on the 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡, 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟑𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫,𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒. It gave them the platform to showcase their verbal skills. Tiny tots participated in the activity with full zeal and enthusiasm as they came up with different objects like fruits, shape, pencil,book, ball, school etc. Through this activity the students enhanced their vocabulary and boosted up their confidence.
The Science Quiz was held to encourage student’s interest in science and test their knowledge across various scientific disciplines. The quiz was organized by Indian Oil on 13 November 2024. Anvit Kaundal of grade VIII and Dhanush k. of class VIII from Excellia School participated in the quiz. The event was attended by students from over 90 schools with a focus fostering teamwork, critical thinking and scientific curiosity. The Excellians were appreciated for demonstrating their scientific prowess. It was an enriching experience that not only challenged student but also encouraged them to further explore the world of science.

Science exhibitions are events or displays organized by schools, science centers, institutions, government agencies, or private organizations. The main purpose of these exhibitions is to educate and engage students and individuals by showcasing and explaining concepts, discoveries, innovations, and experiments.
Excellia School organized science exhibition titled “Science Odyssey: Creating Future Scientists” on 16th November, 2024 i.e. Saturday. The young geniuses of Excellia created plethora of models and projects that were showcased in front galaxy of guests. The initial showcasing of projects was done for the honorary guests of the management. The event was a display of young intellectuals showcasing their creativity in the best possible manner. The parents and the guests were elated to see their children demonstrating the projects in a polished manner.
The students were delighted to receive bounty of appreciations for their hard work which uplifted the spirits of the budding scientists to work with more zeal and enthusiasm.

As beautifully said that children are the best creation of God, they spread joy in every season. Even the worst day is saved when one sees the smile on a child’s face. Therefore, to ensure that the children also get to have some fun, Excellia School organized a fun day inside the campus on 14th November 2024 to make up for the *Children’s Day wherein bouncies , trampoline and other joy rides were arranged . The student’s were excited to see the fun rides, they relished the scrumptious delicacies and food of their choice that they had bought to enjoy the day. The children left on a happy note with the best way to start their weekend.

Children’s Day, also known as ‘Bal Diwas’, is celebrated annually on November 14 in India. The day also marks the birth anniversary of the country’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, who was known for his love for children. He believed that children are the true wealth of the nation and often referred to them as “the most precious resource” of the country. It was because of his love for children that he was fondly called ‘Chacha Nehru’ by kids.
Excellia School celebrated Children’s Day with full zeal and enthusiasm. The teacher’s presented a special assembly to make the students feel special. The teacher comprising of Ms Rekha Verma, Mr Manoj, Mr Pawan, Mr Abhishek, Mr Sandeep and Mr Priyanshu presented a skit highlighting the theme of the day that was hilarious and lightened up the entire atmosphere with smiles and laughter of the students. Mr Ijtaba presented a wonderful song for the students.
Post the wonderful assembly the class teacher’s hosted snacks party for the students. The Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey wished the students and asked them to enjoy their day to the fullest while ensuring proper discipline. The tiny tots enjoyed their day on the rides and jumpies which lit up their day. The day ended up on a happy note with students enjoying the entire day.
Excellia School had organised a trip to ‘𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤’ 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐕𝐈-𝐗𝐈𝐈 𝐨𝐧 𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒. The students enthusiastically welcomed this trip and participated in good numbers. They reached the venue on time under the supervision of teachers and started their fun-filled trip under the skilled officials of the Water Park management. The zealous students got thrilled by the activities in the ‘Adventure Park’ and had great fun in the ‘𝐀𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤’. The yummy breakfast and lunch added more joy to their satisfaction. They returned comfortably in scheduled time. Overall, it was a jaw dropping experience for all the students.

The session on effective teaching strategies aimed to equip teachers with practical techniques to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes was organized on 𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫,𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 AT Excellia School by 𝐌𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝𝐢. The workshop emphasized interactive methodologies and evidence-based practices.
The Objective of the workshop was to introduce diverse teaching strategies that cater to various learning styles, to promote collaborative learning and critical thinking among students and to provide teachers with tools to assess and adapt their teaching methods. The session was well-received, with participants expressing enthusiasm for implementing the strategies discussed. Teachers left with practical tools and a renewed commitment to enhancing their teaching practices. The conclusion of the session was done by The Principal 𝐌𝐫𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐲, Inspection Head 𝐌𝐫𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐢 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐲 and all the teachers appreciating the resource person Ms Shivani for her wonderful and engag.
Excellia School celebrated Dussehra and Dandiya with great enthusiasm today. Along with lively Dandiya Raas performances, the highlight of the event was the Ravana Dahan, where students enjoyed witnessing the symbolic burning of Ravana’s effigy, marking the victory of good over evil. The festive atmosphere was vibrant, with students dressed in traditional attire, participating in dances and cultural activities. The celebration beautifully blended fun with cultural significance, leaving everyone with a sense of joy and togetherness.
On this auspicious occasion, students who have shown exemplary performance and tremendous improvement in academics, were also felicitated.
On 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 came together to celebrate the joyous festival of 𝐃𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐢. The school was adorned with colorful decorations as the children enthusiastically decorated diyas, which are a symbol of light overcoming darkness.
During the celebration, teachers explained the significance of Diwali. One teacher remarked, “Diwali is a festival that represents the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. It’s a time for families to come together and celebrate love, joy, and hope.”
The students actively participated in various activities, expressing their creativity while colouring diya cutouts. One student shared, “I love making diyas because it reminds me of how we spread light and happiness during Diwali.”
As the day progressed, laughter and excitement filled the air, fostering a spirit of community among the students. The celebration concluded with the children taking home their beautifully decorated diyas, ready to illuminate their homes and hearts during this special festival.
Dandiya, a traditional dance form from Gujarat is celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm all across India, which starts from Navratri till Diwali. The celebrations typically involve a vibrant mix of music, dance and cultural activities, fostering a sense of community and appreciation among students.
Excellia School celebrated Dance Diya Dhamaal on 26th October, 2024 The evening was filled with traditional music, dance,and cultural activities creating an engaging atmosphere for students, teachers and families. The school playground was decorated with colorful rangolis, garlands, and ethnic decorations reflecting the spirit of festival. The stage was set up for performances, and space was designated for dancing.
The event saw participation from students across all grades, with a significant turnout from parents and teachers. The enthusiasm was palpable, and the energy in the ground was infectious. Participants expressed their enjoyment and appreciation for the event. Many highlighted the opportunity to engage in traditional cultural practices and emphasized the importance of such events in fostering community spirit and cultural awareness.
The Dandiya night at school was a resounding success, reinforcing the importance of cultural celebrations in educational settings. Utkarsh Maurya, Shivarth Singh, Sahil Verma & Tanmay Ojha have achieved ranks under 1000 in the zonal level of the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) and National Science Olympiad (NSO), respectively. On 15th August 2024, Excellia School proudly celebrated Independence Day with a series of inspiring and memorable events that highlighted the spirit of patriotism and unity. The day was filled with activities that engaged students, faculty and the community in honoring our nation’s history and achievements.
The celebrations began with flag hoisting ceremony on the school grounds. The national anthem was performed by the school choir, filling the air with pride and emotion. Following the ceremony, the school’s director Mr Asheesh Pathak delivered a heartfelt speech, reflecting on the significance of Independence Day and encouraging everyone to contribute positively to our society.
Students from various grades participated in a series of performances, including musical renditions, dance performance and dramatic enactments. These performances were a testament to the student’s hard work and dedication, showcasing their talents and their understanding of our country’s heritage. These activities fostered a deeper understanding and appreciation of the values and struggles that shaped our nation. The students’ who had won laurels in the vovinam championship were felicitated. The Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of the day.

Excellia School understands the importance of green movement. Trees plays a pivotal role in maintaining the equilibrium of our planet and it is imperative for the mankind to ensure that our planet is aptly covered under the green belt. Therefore to lay emphasis on the importance of the trees , Excelllia School conducted a plantation drive for the students on 12th July,2024 . The students bought saplings and were more than happy to plant the saplings in the school premises. The facilitators ensured that the students planted the saplings and asked the students to nurture them so that they can bloom into beautiful trees.
