Excellia School organized a felicitation ceremony for the students who had bagged titles and medals in 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐬𝐚𝐯, an art competition that was conducted on the National level. The Principal 𝐌𝐫𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐲 honored the students with badges and medals along with their facilitator 𝐌𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐮𝐡𝐢 𝐀𝐤𝐡𝐭𝐚 for her wonderful mentorship which helped the students bag medals.
𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 observed 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 by organising an engaging session with the students by showcasing the importance of the subject in our daily life. The students deciphered probability through games , they showcased how mathematical concepts permeate various facets of existence. Additionally, students paid homage to global mathematicians like 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐳𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢, while also celebrating India’s mathematical legacy with figures like 𝐒𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐧. Through interactive presentations and demonstrations, they embraced the theme of “Playing with Mathematics,” delving into the joy and creativity inherent in mathematical exploration, from solving puzzles to exploring mathematical art and patterns. The event’s success was a testament to the students’ enthusiasm and the dedicated efforts of the organising committee led by 𝐌𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐣 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡.
As the sun rose , a sense of excitement filled the air on the first day of Kindergarten . They were enthralled by the new class room and enjoyed the first day of their new class.
Session on 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 as a personality development was conducted for the students of 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐈𝐈 A. Body language assists us in 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 what the person is saying. It also helps us to interpret others’ 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Moreover, it 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 of people’s reactions to what we say and how we say it. Related story was also shown to drive in the concept.
Lesson Planning is the foremost important thing for a teacher to conduct an efficient lecture. A well structured and thoroughly planned Lesson Plan not only provides an insight of teachers work but how planned he/she is while dealing with the students. To acquaint the teachers with the importance of lesson planning, an informal session was conducted by Inspection Head Ms. Roli Pandey on 27th February, 2024. The session was highly interactive and informative which dealt with in depth details of a well structured lesson planning. The teacher’s gained insight of how to implement lesson planning in accordance with their lectures.

Excellia School truly believe that right manifestations yield right results and the true results of the same could be seen when Badminton Academy in Excellia School was conferred with the title of Best Sports Academy for the Differently Abled. The certificate of Appreciation was awarded to Mr. Gaurav Khanna, Head National Coach of Para badminton players. The Academy has seen many prominent players like Mr Suhas L.Y who is presently serving as the sports and youth welfare secretary. MrSuhasL.Y has bagged Gold Medal in Asian Games & Silver medal in the Olympics. Other players like Pramod Bhagat, Krishna Nagar, Manoj Sarkar, Chirag Baretha, Parul Parmar, Rajkumar, Palak Kohli, Mandeep Kaur, Tarun Dhillon, Nitesh has bagged medals in their respective categories. The students from Excellia Nithya Sre bagged 3 Bronze and Vaishnavi Puneyani bagged bronze in Asian Para Games, China respectively. Capturing all these achievements and the initiative by the Director Mr Asheesh Pathak, the academy was awarded the best sports academy, an initiative of Radiant Sports Management and inspired by Shirdi Sai Baba Foundation. The Director Mr Asheesh Pathak and Mr Praveen Pandey, Head of Excellia Sports Academy congratulated the head National Coach Mr Gaurav Khanna and ensured that they would keep working for the welfare of the society so that the ones especially the para players have concrete ground and place to work on themselves and for the nation.
Students of Class-4B involved in activity which is related to 3D shapes. They are making nets of Cylinder, Cube, Cuboid and Cone. They have learned it through demonstration.

Excellia School organized fancy dress competition and sportsmeet for the students of pre primary on 10th February, 2024. The students were all decked up in the attire of theirfavorite characters. The tiny tots were enthusiastic to perform in the races that were segregated as per their respective classes. The event started with the splendid yoga performance by the students of Grade VI. The parents were delighted to be a part of the event. The mothers were coordinating with their children for fancy dress which was looking absolutely amazing. The Director of EMCC Mrs Shalini Pathak, Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey, Inspection Head Mrs RoliPandey, General Manager Mr Shekhar Varshney and Advisor Mr PraveenPandey were present to witness the event. The throng of races were carried out in which the winners were felicitated with medals and certificates which were given by The Director Mrs Shalini Pathak and the Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey who congratulated the winners and applauded the parents for their active participation.
An informative session on building a healthy parent-teacher relationship was conducted by Ms Sangita Singh, Senior facilitator and Examination Cell In charge on 15th February, 2024. She highlighted on the importance of building a congenial and a healthy relationship with the parents. The session was attended by Director of school integrated program Mrs Shalini Pathak and Inspection Head Mrs Roli Pandey. The interactive session was concluded with exchange of ideas and thoughts by the teachers who enjoyed the session and found it very enriching.
Basant Panchami is the festival that marks the beginning of preparations for the spring season. During this festival, devotees honour and worship goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, wisdom, arts and learning. Excellia School observed the day by conducting Puja ceremony inside the school premises. The students of pre-primary looked adorable decked up in yellow attires.
The Director Mr. Asheesh Pathak, Director EMCC Mrs. Shalini Pathak, Principal Mrs. Priyanka Dubey, Inspection Head Mrs. Roli Pandey, General Manager Mr. Shekhar Varshney, Advisor Mr. Praveen Pandey along with entire staff performed havan. The students offered flowers to goddess Saraswati seeking her divine blessings.
Money calculating skills are an important part of navigating through life, these hands – on activity help the children to learn the basics of money with recognition and value skills of coins and rupees.
Class-1 A students recapitulated the chapter of Money by making a mind map of Money bag. Children have enjoyed the activity by sticking the stickers from the money chart for forming the addition and subtraction sums.
As Picasso once said “all children are born artists, the problem is to remain an artist as we grow up. The flexibility of Mind Maps allows you to set goals on a number of different levels. you even begin your central theme, take a minute to ask yourself the question, “What is this Mind Map for?”.
Just to adhere to the aforesaid words of Picasso , Excellia School conducted a two day workshop on a he importance of Mind mapping for teachers on day 1 and students on day 2 wherein in depth detailing on preparing chapter wise mind maps was explained in detail by mentor Mr. Koteshwar Rao Aakula who came all the way from Bengaluru, Karnataka to train the teachers and students alike . The intensive 2 days training dealt in and out about how the students and teachers can utilise 21st century skills and mind mapping techniques to prepare the students being the better denizens of tomorrow. The Principal Ms Priyanka Dubey and Inspection Head Ms Roli Pandey were present in the workshops to orient the teachers and students alike for better academic performance and self enhancement.
The students of Excellia enjoyed an interactive session that was conducted by the Director Mr Asheesh Pathak on the theme of “Aim of Life”. The informative session was organized to acquaint the students from Grade IX onwards about the vast stream of career options that the students can opt for in the future. Mr. Pathak ensured that each and every student participates in the session. The students also keenly listened to the Director and were amazed to know about the plethora of career options that they can opt from through their desired stream. Overall the session was fruitful with the students gaining insight to what they want to attain in life.
Don’t be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends.

Excellia School organized farewell party for the students of Grade XII on 3rd February 2024. The students were all decked up in eye catchy attires and were looking exceptionally wonderful. The students from Grade XI were equally excited to play wonderful hosts to the children. The program started by welcoming the XII Grades and escorting them to the decided venue. The Director Mr. Asheesh Pathak , Mrs. Shalini Pathak, Principal Mrs. Priyanka Dubey, General Manager Mr Shekhar Varshney, Advisor Mr. Praveen Pandey along with the facilitators welcomed the students whole heartedly. After lighting the lamp, the program commenced with the beautiful dance performance by the Vaishnavi and Prisha of Grade XI which further progressed with Harshit, Parth and Mayank presenting a song performance. The comparers Shikhar Rai and Sanskriti Mishra were fantastic with their anchoring. The comic fillers lightened the atmosphere which was appreciated by all. The boys group then presented a dance performance that left everyone asking for more. The Principal Mrs. Priyanka Dubey presented a heartfelt speech and everyone wished the children all the best for their Board Examinations and future endeavors.
It is a moment of immense proud that the students of Excellia Kabaddi Academy of Excellia School participated in the 7th National Games organized by S.G.A.F in Haridwar from 10th to 12th January 2024 respectively wherein the Girls (under 19) bagged first position and Boys bagged Bronze Medal bringing laurels to the school. Shrishti, Abhay , Ansh, Anubhav, Atharv , Satyam Yadav played exceptionally well helping their team members bagging honorary titles for the school.The Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey congratulated the winners and wished them well for the future endeavors.
Excellia School celebrated India’s 75th Republic Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. The day commenced with unfurling of flag by Dronacharya awardee and Head National Coach of Para badminton teamMr Gaurav Khanna who was bestowed with prestigious Padma Shri award on this very auspicious day. The Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey delivered a speech citing the importance of the day. The Director of school integrated program EMCCMrs Shalini Pathak , Inspection HeadMrs Roli Pandey, General Manager Mr Shekha Varshney , Advisor Mr Praveen Pandey were present to witness the throng of events that were prepared by the students on this very memorable day. The children whole heartedly presented enthralling song and dance performances that captivated everyone witnessing the same. The teachers also came forward and presented forth a patriotic song that mesmerized everyone adding flavor to the festivity. The day concluded on a happy note with children getting their favorite laddoos before dispersing.
Workshop on ‘Greeting and Escorting the Guests’ was conducted by our Inspection Head Mrs. Roli Pandey. It broadly focused on being H.O.S.P.I.T.A.B.L.E (Helpful, Observant, Smiling, Polite, Impressive, Thankful, Affectionate, Blissful, Listener and Engaging) to the parents and teachers. At last an activity was done to showcase how to tackle an irate parent. Ms Prachi acted as an irate parent and Anju didi calmed her down by being polite throughout and offering water and tea.

This session was taken by our inspection head Ms. Roli Pandey. It mostly focused on the topic Sincere Apology vs Fake Apology . Importance of keeping oneself and the surroundings clean was also discussed.
Excellia School believes in doing something for the upliftment of the society and in doing so the school ensures that the students are a part of such noble cause. For this the students of Excellia School paid visit to an orphanage in Mohanlalganj. The children in the orphanage were more than happy and welcomed them with great zeal and enthusiasm. The students of Grade VI & VII were keen to have conversations with the children in the orphanage for whom they have bought gifts of all kinds. The children were ecstatic to receive the gifts from Excellians. The day ended on a happy note with the students feeling content for being fruitful contributors of the society.
