SINGING COMPETITION AT EXCELLIA SCHOOL 2022

Holding true to the above mentioned quote, Excellia School conducted singing competition “Excellian Idol” on 22nd July, 2022. The students participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. Mr Pawan Kumar, an accomplished Tabla Player, Film Editor and Producer graced the event as chief guest. The students melodiously presented forth their songs which was appreciated by everyone. Mr Pawan Kumar congratulated the students for their active and energetic presentation and motivated them with his words of wisdom.The Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey was beguiled with the student’s performances and even requested Mr Kumar to showcase his finesse to which he humbly accepted. The Director EMCC Mrs Shalini Pathak and advisor Mr Praveen Pandey were present to witness the function. The winners were thereby felicitated by the Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey who wished all the good luck to everyone and encouraged the student’s to actively come forward for more such performances.

INTER SCHOOL QUIZ COMPETITION 2022

To accelerate the spontaneity of answering the questions in a fraction, Excellia School conducted inter house quiz competition on 9th July 2022. The students were in full swing to make their respective house emerge as winners thereby the active participation was seen in all the classes from 1to 12. The competition showed true sportsman spirit with children enjoying the quiz to the core.

MARCH TOWARDS HAPPY ENDING OF SUMMER CAMP 2022

“Summer camp is about growth and accomplishment not just keep the kids busy.”

Excellia School concluded the ten day summer camp with full zeal and fervour. The camp had so many fun activities like art and craft, science model making, non-fire cooking, Spoken English,dance etc .The concluding day on 5th June 2022 i.e. Sunday marked the presentation by the students of all the assimilated knowledge during the course of time. Parents were invited to witness the presentation. The day flagged off by presenting the certificate to the students followed by showcasing their activities. The guardians were elated with their kids performances. The Chairman Mr DS Pathak, Vice-Chairperson Mrs Manju Pathak, Director Mr Ashish Pathak,Director of EMCC Mrs  Shalini Pathak were present as guests of honour. The Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey ensured that the event sailed through smoothly. The program concluded well with children and their guardians leaving on a happy note with newly acquired skills.

Flagging Excellia’s Summer Camp 2022

Excellia School commenced it’s summer camp from 27th May 2022 ie Friday.  The ten day summer camp will host a lot of fun filled activities like best out of waste,  abacus, spoken English to name a few along with host of specialised sports sessions to hone the students cocurricular skills. Throng of students from school as well as vicinity area enthusiastically enrolled for the camp to enjoy these ten days at school. The Principal Mrs Priyanka Dubey ensured that the first day of summer camp sailed through smoothly.

Excellia School conducted Scholarship Exam for Integrated Career Program 2022

To enlighten the students about their future career programs, Excellia School conducted scholarship exam for its integrated career program E=MCC on 19th May 2022. The test was to ensure that the students are acquainted with their intellectual capabilities for the preparation of IIT-JEE, NTSE, NEET, NDA, CLAT and other competitive examinations. The student’s enthusiastically participated for the scholarship exam.

Social Science Activity by young Excellians 2022

To inculcate pedagogical skills and enhance the learning by doing, the Excellia school students of Class 5 thoroughly enjoyed model making activity on the theme Rotation and Revolution on 18th May 2022. It was a hands on activity which was extensively explained by the facilitator Ms Runa Das and the student’s really enjoyed doing it to the core.

Covid-19 Vaccination Camp at Excellia School 2022

Covid-19 Vaccination camp was organised at Excellia School, Lucknow on May 14th, 2022 for the children aged between 12-14 years. The Vaccination camp was open for all the children falling under the above mentioned age groups. To instil enthusiasm and positivity amongst students the school made sure to keep selfie point so as to boost their spirits. An observer was also appointed with a major purpose to tackle any emergency situation along with suitable arrangements in the infirmary. Under the supervision and guidance of our honourable Principal Mrs. Priyanka Dubey, the camp was well organised and everything went off really well.

MY HANDS ARE READY TO SAVE PLANET EARTH 2022

“You cannot protect the environment unless you empower people, you inform them and you help them understand that these resources are their own, that they must protect them.”

With this vision in mind, the students of Class III at Excellia School presented an activity today to create awareness about saving the Earth. The activity was conducted under the mentorship of Social Studies Department. The students used different props and prepared colourful charts to depict their message and participated enthusiastically.

FUN SCIENCE ACTIVITY BY EXCELLIANS 2022

In today’s era, education is not confined to reading and writing. It is rather linked to the holistic development of the students. When it comes to learning science, the scope is multi-dimensional. Science helps students develop key life skills including an ability to communicate, remain organised and focussed and also to form their own opinions based on observation. The young minds exhibited their skill at exploring new horizons. Science Activity was conducted at Excellia School in which the students from Class I-IX were at their creative best to explore the concepts related to their daily. This activity made students more confident, creative, and future-ready and learners for life.

POOL PARTY 2022

“To beat the heat and to have fun”

A pool party was organised at Excellia School for the kids of Pre-primary on 13th May 2022 (Friday). The kids had a gala time, tapping their little hands and feet, bubbling and splashing water all around. Little kids filled the poolside with their giggles and laughter. Tiny tots were dressed in colourful dresses for pool party. They tapped their feet to famous rain songs and recited poem of rainy day. The event was enjoyed by our little ones and a kick of start for everyone to enjoy the summer with new zeal.

EXCELLIA CELEBRATES NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DAY 2022

National technology day is celebrated on May 11 as it was on this day in 1998 the country successfully conducted the famous Pokhran nuclear tests. Excellia School celebrated the day by educating the students about the day. The facilitator Ms Shatakshi illumined the children about the day’s importance whilst Vishwesh Mishra, student of class IXth gave a small presentation on the same. The Principal Mrs. Priyanka was present at the moment to motivate the students and enlighten them on the day.

Female Foeticide 2022

Female foeticide and dowry are one of the most heinous crimes which cannot be forgiven at all. The concern needs to be addressed and enlightened to arouse empathy amongst everyone. The collage making activity on the issue was conducted in Excellia School on 13th May 2022 to highlight and educate the students on the above concerned. The facilitator Ms. Runa addressed the students about this issue which the students acknowledged to bear the same thing in mind so that this issue could be curbed accordingly.

Excellia school felicitated Honouring to Tokyo Paralympics Winners

Excellia school felicitated Pramod Bhagat, Krishna Nagar and Manoj Sarkar To honour the achievements in making India proud by bagging 2gold and 1bronze medal in Tokyo Paralympics , Excellia School felicitated Pramod Bhagat, Krishna Nagar and Manoj Sarkar on Friday . The players spoke about all the challenges they faced during the course of time. Badminton was included for the first time in Tokyo Paralympics which the players grabbed to their full potential and bagged two gold. One silver and one bronze respectively. The players are hopeful and optimistic to make the nation proud in 2024 France Paralympic Games.
Manoj Sarkar wishes to see the colour of his medal changed and has stared his practice with double the efforts. Meanwhile Krishna Nagar and Pramod Bhagat have the challenge to retain gold in future as well .
The players expressed their gratitude to the Director of Excellia School Mr Asheesh Pathak for providing India’s first badminton academy for para players namely Gaurav Khanna Excellia Badminton Academy . Their coach Me Gaurav Khanna was also present on the occasion.
The Head of Excellia Sports Academy Mr Praveen Pandey and the school’s General Manager Mr Shekhar Varshney spoke high praises for these players who despite COVID challenges managed their practice sessions with utmost sincerity and perseverance.They spoke about how Mr Asheesh Pathak and Mr Gaurav Khanna kept the foundation of the academy which serves the firm ground for national and international players to undergo their practice sessions. The principal Mrs Sonia Vardhan along with teachers was also present at the felicitation ceremony.

Excellia School Organized an event to honour the para-badminton players

In an endeavour to honour the para-badminton players Arjuna awardees Parul Parmar, Pramod Bhagat and Manoj Sarkar along with Palak Kohli, Krishna Nagar, Tarun Dhillon, and Suhas L.Y. who are going to represent India at Tokyo Paralympics, Excellia School hosted a press event wherein Mr Sanjay Saraswat – Exec. Director, SAI, Mr. Anandeswar Pandey, Treasurer, Indian Olympic Association, Ms. Deepa Malik, President, Paralympic Committee of India and Mr. Prabhakar Rao, Chairman of, Badminton Association of India virtually graced the event as special guests.
The program highlighted the journey of these players and their win over the odd circumstances and hurdles in life to reach the pinnacle of success. Their coach Dronacharya Awardee Mr. Gaurav Khanna expressed his thankfulness to the school’s Director Mr. Asheesh Pathak for providing a firm platform for these players to practice in the school infrastructure and expressed his optimism to win in the Paralympics.
The program proceeded with rounds of interaction with the press people both on the physical platform as well as on virtual mode. The guests wished the players all the success for the games. The Director Mr. Asheesh Pathak expressed his good wishes to the players. The Head of Excellia Sports Academy Mr. Praveen Pandey dedicated the poem “divy hain hum” to these players.
The Principal Mrs. Sonia Vardhan thanked the dignitaries for sparing their invaluable time to boost the spirit of the players and proposed a vote of thanks for one and all present there. The school’s General Manager Mr. Shekhar Varshney, teaching staff, players and helping staff was present on the occasion to make the event a resounding success.

Honouring Our Dear Helpers 2022

To celebrate this painstaking effort of the labour force, that work tirelessly, the International Worker’s day also called as Labour day was celebrated at Excellia School on 2nd May 2022. We at Excellia have always believed that it is the small acts of kindness that count and we attempt to inculcate the same virtue in our children. Fun-filled activities were organised for the working class, a melodious song was dedicated by the students of class Vth as a mark of respect. The working class was felicitated by our Respected Principal Mrs. Priyanka Dubey and General Manager Mr. Shekhar Varshney to appreciate their hardwork and dedication. Overall it was a fruitful day which taught our Excellians to be thankful to everyone.

Story Telling Activity for Pre-primary 2022

“Strong telling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world.”
Story telling is a universal and traditional art form that has featured strongly in Indian culture as an effective communication tool. It can be used to inform entertain and educate. An activity for story telling was organized for the Pre-primary students on 20th April 2022 (Thursday) at Excellia School. The session was valuable and distinct. Children found it really interesting and were engrossed in the story of “The Animal’s World” with creative gestures and facial expressions. It was an interactive session where children were taught the right way of telling the stories. Overall the session helped the young souls for creative thinking.

The Tiny Tots of Pre. Primary section of Excellia School enthusiastically participated in an activity on earth day to celebrate this special occasion.

Farewell Party for first batch of seniors of batch 2021-22

“Good byes are never easy Pictures never carry your warmth memories will always Pierce the heart No words can say it all.” Excellia School organized a farewell party for its first batch of seniors of batch 2021-22. The farewell was organized by the present batch of Class XII.The function was completely prepared by the present XII batch as a token of surprise for their seniors. The students felicitated Anshika Pathak and Aditya Raj with bouquets and memento’s and dedicated songs and foot tapping dance moves for them. The students were enthralled when Mr. Naveen and Mr. Rahul presented melodious music and dance for both of them. The Principal Mrs. Priyanka Dubey, Director of EMCC Mrs. Shalini Pathak, General Manager Mr. Shekhar Varshney, Excellia Sports Academy Head Mr. Praveen Pandey and the teachers taking their respective classes were present to witness the grand celebrations. The day was concluded on a nostalgic note by everyone bidding adieu and wishing them good luck for their upcoming board examinations.

Earth Day Awareness Campaign 2022

World earth day is celebrated on 22nd April every year all around the world to spread the awareness about conserving our mother Earth. We all pledged to produce less waste and plant more and more trees. Children had made beautiful posters on earth day to celebrate this special occasion.

Covid-19 Vaccination Camp at Excellia School 2022

Lucknow Excellia School organised Covid-19 Vaccination camp in it’s premises on April 20th, 2022 for the children aged between 12-14 years. The Vaccination camp was open for all the children falling under that age bracket. To infuse zeal and positivity amongst students the school ensured to keep selfie point so as to prep up their spirits. There were two separate areas for the parents and their children for waiting with proper arrangements so as to make the ambience comfortable. To tackle any emergency situation an observer was also appointed with proper arrangements in the infirmary. The Director Mr Asheesh Pathak ensured that the camp was carried in the smooth manner while the classes of the rest of the school were also not hindered.

Saraswati Pujan At Excellia School 2022

“Life is to learn, May Goddess Saraswati’s divine blessings help you learn and pass life’s tests with ease.” 

Basant Panchami is an occasion which marks the advent of the spring season and is also celebrated to worship Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and wisdom. This auspicious day was celebrated at Excellia on 5th Feb’22 with great enthusiasm. The Principal Mrs. Sonia Vardhan with the entire staff of Excellia School rendered prayers to goddess Saraswati. 

The teachers came dressed up in yellow coloured attires, to mark the importance of the day. The significance of Saraswati pujan was also explained to the students during online session. The commencement of the day on a positive note made the day sail through in a happy and optimistic way. 

COVID-19 VACCINATION CAMP AT EXCELLIA SCHOOL 2022

Lucknow. COVID-19 vaccination camp was organized at Excellia School on 13th January 2022 for children aged 15 – 18 years. 

A Team of Para-Medical staff administered the vaccine to the children which included Excellia School students and the children residing in the vicinity of the campus. Awareness was created among the students on the rapid spread of the infection and the precautionary measures to be taken. The parents accompanied their children at the camp who were administered the dose post showing their Aadhaar Card. 

Excellia School staff showcased their full support and ensured that the school children turned up to get their doses administered. 

TEACHER TRAINING AT EXCELLIA🏆2022

The teachers at Excellia School were imparted training to hone their technical skills. The training was scheduled in two slots so that OMR and App-based knowledge could be inculcated properly. The virtual training session was conducted on 13th Jan22 so that teachers could benefit from it at large. 

Republic Day Celebration at Excellia School 2022

Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26 th January marking India’s 

anniversary of implementation of constitution of India. 

Excellia school celebrated Republic day with much festive and fervour. The 

zeal of the day was not hampered in any circumstance as every student joined through virtual mode. The facilitators and every employee were present in the school abiding COVID-19 norms. The program commenced with salutation to the great day and remembering all those who made it possible for the citizen of the nation to celebrate this day. Post to which Ms. Divya Tripathi presented a speech, group chorus of patriotic song “सारे जहाँ से अच्छा” by school facilitators 

filled the air with much needed enthusiasm. The Director Mr. Asheesh Pathak addressed the students and spoke about the importance of the day. The Director of E=MC 2 Mrs. Shalini Pathak, Principal Mrs. Sonia Vardhan , General manager Mr. Shekhar Varshney , Advisor of Excellia School Mr. Praveen Pandey were all present to celebrate the day with Excellia school’s teachers and all working staff. The program conducted with unfurling of the national flag by the Director Mr. Asheesh Pathak followed by national anthem.
